This document describes the four factors of the Predictive Index assessment - Dominance, Extroversion, Patience, and Formality. For each factor, it lists the associated behaviors when the drive is low or high, as well as the motivating needs. Dominance relates to the drive for ownership and control. Extroversion relates to social interaction. Patience relates to the drive for stability. Formality relates to the drive for conformity. The chart provides insight into employee motivations and preferences based on where they fall on the scales of these four factors.
