This document provides a physiological assessment of a 25-year-old, 165cm tall female netball player weighing 63kg. While she is anaerobically very fit based on speed, agility, and flexibility tests, her aerobic fitness and body composition are lower than expected. The assessment recommends aerobic exercise training and diet modification to improve aerobic fitness and lower body fat. It also recommends switching from sports drinks to carbohydrate milk drinks to enhance performance and recovery due to fewer health and dental issues.

Laboratory testing on the other hand, provides the most accurate measurements by utilizing a controlled environment. For this presentation, USAT Certified Triathlon Coach Chris Sweet and Laura Wheatley (MS Exercise Physiology) will offer participants a basic introduction to field and laboratory testing and how to utilize test results to improve triathlon performance. Participants will receive a handout that covers basic field test procedures for determining lactate threshold as well as practical baseline workouts.
Basketball is such a game which is a good physical gift for the players. It is believed that if players have long arms, it helps in a good defense. While playing this sport, quickness and movement are required, and the players need to develop it through a proper workout program.

Maximal aerobic capacity increased significantly
in both the HIIT and HVET group in
response to the 6 week training program, and the percentage improvement was
similar (7%)
in both groups.
There was no change in CMJ, CMJ flight time or 5 m speed in either group in
response to training. Compared to baseline, performance in the VJ and 20 m sprint
decreased significantly in the HVET group following the 6 week train
ing program, and did
not change in the HIIT group. Average power and peak power during the fifth and sixth
cycling test increased and the rate of fatigue decreased in the HIIT group only.
Action sports are ideal for improving strength and fitness. The various action sport classes are 360 Warrior Gold, Adrenaline, Beach Body Bootcamp, Bliss Yoga and Bodyweb Circuit. Brief information has been offered in this regard.
