GSI conducted several audits and improvement activities for the PA_SNJ_DE market that resulted in better performance. They added FDD-TDD self neighbors which improved tonnage. An ANR audit found discrepancies that were corrected. Beamforming was implemented across multiple markets. 1x drop rates improved after an IFHO audit involving CDHNL tuning. PSR was improved for the Philadelphia switch by changing LAC IDs. A mobility audit found EARFCN mismatches that were resolved, increasing TDD traffic. Neighbor list optimization through priority retuning also reduced 1x drops.

•PSR Improved from 97.7 to 98.1 at Phily1 Switch.
•NET form, LAC form and LAC CELL form were verified.
•LAC ID changed for 6 cascades in Philadelphia switch for PSR improvement.

2. GSI initiated FDD-TDD Mobility audit for all the FDD enodeB of PA_SNJ_DE_CP sites & found
14 FDD sites with EARFCN mismatch as compared to parent TDD site, which was corrected
by EGI & resulted into increase in Traffic on TDD sites

3. Philadelphia PSR Improvement:
 GSI initiated PSR improvement activity and provide solution to improve PSR for Philadelphia
switch.
• PSR Improved from 97.7 to 98.1 at Phily1 Switch.
• NET form, LAC form and LAC CELL form were verified.
• LAC ID changed for 6 cascades in Philadelphia switch for PSR improvement.

4. FDD-TDD Mobility Audit of FDD eNB of PA_SNJ_DE_CP Sites:
 Issue Found: 14 FDD eNB with EARFCN mismatch as compared to parent
TDD site.
 Corrective Action: Updated EARFCN value and this resulted into traffic shift on
TDD.

5.  1X Drop rate improved post IFHO Audit which covers CDHNL deletion & addition for pilot sites list tuning
initiated by GSI:
Pennasuken-1:572 CDHNL entries deleted, 9 sectors added in CDHNL on 9/30 to 10/1. 0.58% 0.48%
Philadelphia-1: 613 CDHNL entries deleted on 9/8 to 9/10 and 64 sectors deleted,9 sectors added in CDHNL on
9 /29 to 10/1. 0.63%  0.49%

6.  GSI has analyzed & Implemented 1x Neighbor list using below methodology.
I. Phase-1 comprised neighbor deletion from FCI which are unnecessarily added (Having less
forward count or distance is too far).
II. Phase-2 comprised of neighbor addition in FCI which are having fair forward count & need to be
added in neighbor list.
III. Phase-3 comprises of Priority Retuning, GSI has done with most of the priority retuning part for
Pennasuken-1 & Philadelphia-1 switch. The priority changes which require map review is
pending. GSI is working on same with Onshore Team.
 GSI has retune the priority of 8618 neighbors in Penn-01 & 9852 neighbors in Philly-1
