From June 2014 to March 2015, as General Manager,I ran the Sargents bakeryoperationin
Doncaster.Thiswas a longstandingbakerybusinessoperatinginfruit/mince pies categoryand
bakery tarts market.The companyhad a successful 2014 exceedingitsfinancialandoperating
targetsand at the same time I overhauleditsmanagement andoperations,recruitingand
refininganewteam,andmakingsignificantstrategicinroadswithnew large customers.
From May 2013 to May 2014, I was initially basedinSouth Wales,andlatterlyNorthernIreland,
workingat Evron/Easibake Foods.Taskedwith takingdirectcontrol of the Pontypool bakery

and the site’s priorities/objectives. Duringthe later6months,whilststill overseeingthe Wales
