LEARNER’S GOAL
– be lifelong learners.
– be passionate.
– be ready to take risks.
– be able to problem-solve and think critically.
– be able to look at things differently.
– be able to work independently and with others.
– be creative.
– care and want to give back to their community.
The main purpose of PEST analysis is to understand what external forces
may affect your organization and how those factors could create opportunities or
threats to your business. PEST analysis helps you: Understand current external
influences on the business so you can work on facts rather than assumptions.
The main purpose of a SWOT is to promote the identified strengths, reduce
weaknesses, exploiting the opportunities and having contingency plans to
minimize threats. There are many benefits and advantages of using SWOT Analysis
for personal development. It is good for your success and betterment.
The main differences between a SWOT or PEST analysis are that
a SWOT analysis focuses on actions you can take INTERNAL to your business
environment, a PESTLE analysis identifies EXTERNAL factors that are mainly
outside of your control
Reflection
SWOT and PEST analyses are useful tools for business managers to
evaluate the pros and cons of major decisions. They can be applied to large
projects as well as smaller ones such as marketing campaigns, reorganizations,
new production methods and introductions of new products.
Within the PEST analysis I increased my own knowledge about
the political factors and how they influence a business such as health and
hygiene policies, minimum wages, taxes and regulations .
Criteria for evaluating personality
development goals
1. Set aside time for your review. It is no good trying to reflect meaningfully in just
five minutes. Make sure you are in no rush, and also that your environment is
conducive to quiet reflection.
2. Find your original plan, with your goals and planned activities. You need to know
what you said you were going to do
3. You need to be honest with yourself:
•How much did you do?
•Was it as much as you were expecting to achieve?
•Did you do something different, but more effective?
4. Consider how successful you feel your development has been in getting you to
your goals.
5. Decide what you need to do next.
Supplementary material for work experience
This photo was captured on our work immersion in grade 12. This is one of
the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High School student has to
undergo Work Immersion in an industry that directly relates to the student's
postsecondary goal. Also last 2019 on our NSTP, LTS student we also undergo
training it designed to enhance the youth’s active contribution to the general
welfare.
Supplementary academic
achievements and experience
This is just 3 out of my many achievements and ecperience in life, the first picture taken on
our senior high school graduation, for me it’s an achievement because we are the first batch
of senior high student who graduated, next picture is also my achievement, why? Because my
dream school is New Era University and I am happy because I’ve given a chance to study
there, last photo on our SOSLIT subject, I won in poem contest.
Examples of work such as reports,
projects, and other writing activities

A reflective analysis of my current
professional position
I am taking Bachelor of Secondary education Major in
MAPE. This career path that I take challenge me a lot, before I
enter to this path I have a positive mindset that I can finish my
bachelor’s degree easily because I want this course, I think this is
my passion but my expectation is not what I am experiencing
right now, I am challenge but I still do my best to finish my
bachelor’s degree.
Course Reflection
Every person has different personality and some personalities in other words every
person has a unique personality. You should not put anyone down for having a different
personality instead human personality should always be praised. Always remember that
“what you do reflects who you are.”
The aim and objectives of personality development is to improve our capacity to
understand what and how we learn from the things that we are doing and it contributes to
our personality on how we plan, take responsibilities and choose a career that we will
take in college.
As a future educator, I will focus on my studies, try new things that will unlock my
hidden skills, attend to seminars that tackles personality development, so as I graduate
and start to teach, I will share to them what I experiences, and have a positive attitude to
learning throughout life.
