One of the most interested ideas to me is (Healthier Communities) it's an important idea to write about especially now a days. A healthy community is defined by the ability of it's people to undertake their daily activities without diseases. And a healthy community attract outsiders like tourists. There are social and cultural factors like tradition, politics, beliefs, socioeconomic status, social norms and the economy. I will get into each one of these in details in my research paper.

This is too general of an idea, if you want to write about the cultural impact on health care in a society, fine, however you need to narrow down your focus to be about one particular group of people (e.g. the impact of culture on the health of Korean s or Saudies or Americans...)

from mental and physical problems. People have the opportunity to live to their full

I will like to focus the leadership style on an innovation leader and the transformational leader, and please use leadership theories on these types of leaders. You can just focus on the leadership style I possess which is transformational leader.
In the beginning of this course, I consider myself a democratic/participative leader, who would ideally like to become a transformational leader. This is the type of leader that is able to motivate others to become more or do more than they intended. This leader sets challenging expectations and higher performance. The LSI chart shows that my primary thinking style is avoidance (raw 25, 99%) and
dependent (raw 32, 99%). People inavoidance style usually like to avoid making
decisions and leave them to others. The commitment would be their difficulty in
management and leadership. I kind of agree with that because I do pay most
attentions to my own concerns and most likely ignore others; however, I disagree
with that it is difficult to forgive myself after making mistakes because mistakes don’t take me down for a long time and I would like to do whatever it needs to correct the issues. Other than avoid.

Importance of personal mastery to a leader
Personal mastery is essential to be a leader. This is because it teaches one to be a role model to the subjects who will in return work hard to see the success of my leadership. As Peter Senge affirms: the core value of any great leader is to be a role model and be able to influence the subjects from his perspective of life. Moreover, he continues to say that the trait is essential as it helps a leader develop self-knowledge as well as assisting them to uphold self-growth and development.
Personal mastery helps, and individual acquires the following characteristics which enable them to exercise the power of leadership to their subjects.

The release of information to the public – including through social media – can impact everything from a company’s image before the public to an individual’s image before a company. Jackson et al. (2020) note that while “strategic HR use of social media can build the employer’s reputation in the labor market and help HR professionals to reach candidates and current employees,” the use of social media can also “lead to the disclosure of trade secrets” or present a negative image of the company (p. 21). While companies place substantial hours and dollars into cultivating a favorable brand image before the public, a careless comment or complaint by an employee or contractor on social media can go viral and counteract such marketing efforts. In such cases, companies may find themselves forced to address such comments or complaints before the public in an attempt to save the brand image they have worked so hard to build.
In addition to impacting the image of a company, careless social media posts can also impact potential and current employees before the company. According to Melton and Miller (2015), while “most students appear to know that the content they post” on social media could be viewed negatively by “potential employers,” many students continue to do so (p. 678). Through social media, what would have been a careless comment if spoken aloud becomes a permanent statement viewable by countless individuals. Furthermore, comments and images referencing illegal activities or poor decision-making and communicating abilities become enshrined for potential and current employers to reference and base hiring and firing decisions upon.
It is worth noting that careless comments via social media can go beyond “negative,” and can sometimes involve trade secrets (as noted). While negative comments can cast a shadow over a company’s brand, comments revealing trade secrets can jeopardize long-term strategies, losing hard-won competitive edges. As referenced above, Melton and Miller (2015) assert that even though individuals know of such risks, many continue to post comments that can be understood to be “careless.”

PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ACTION The Power of Lessons Learned Projects are discrete. They have a beginning and an end, at which time the project team disbands and moves on to other things. Despite the fact there has inevitably been significant tacit learning during the project, there is often only a limited capture of this into a sharable form for future reuse. Too often, as the project team dissolves, the learning fades into the memories of individuals minds. This makes it extremely difficult for others to benefit in the future from the insights learned. The LSI chart shows that my primary thinking style is avoidance (raw 25, 99%) and
dependent (raw 32, 99%). People inavoidance style usually like to avoid making
decisions and leave them to others. The commitment would be their difficulty in
management and leadership. I kind of agree with that because I do pay most
attentions to my own concerns and most likely ignore others; however, I disagree

The release of information to the public – including through social media – can impact everything from a company’s image before the public to an individual’s image before a company. Jackson et al. (2020) note that while “strategic HR use of social media can build the employer’s reputation in the labor market and help HR professionals to reach candidates and current employees,” the use of social media can also “lead to the disclosure of trade secrets” or present a negative image of the company (p. 21). While companies place substantial hours and dollars into cultivating a favorable brand image before the public, a careless comment or complaint by an employee or contractor on social media can go viral and counteract such marketing efforts. In such cases, companies may find themselves forced to address such comments or complaints before the public in an attempt to save the brand image they have worked so hard to build.
In addition to impacting the image of a company, careless social media posts can also impact potential and current employees before the company. According to Melton and Miller (2015), while “most students appear to know that the content they post” on social media could be viewed negatively by “potential employers,” many students continue to do so (p. 678). Through social media, what would have been a careless comment if spoken aloud becomes a permanent statement viewable by countless individuals. Furthermore, comments and images referencing illegal activities or poor decision-making and communicating abilities become enshrined for potential and current employers to reference and base hiring and firing decisions upon.
It is worth noting that careless comments via social media can go beyond “negative,” and can sometimes involve trade secrets (as noted). While negative comments can cast a shadow over a company’s brand, comments revealing trade secrets can jeopardize long-term strategies, losing hard-won competitive edges. As referenced above, Melton and Miller (2015) assert that even though individuals know of such risks, many continue to post comments that can be understood to be “careless.”

Your Immersion Project is just that—a study of a population group with the goal of better understanding the culture of the group. Feasibility of the proposed change
HHF has examined its resources and budgetary constraints and determined that the installation of the LAN is feasible. There is a need to maintain as low a budget as possible.
Project Goals
The goals for the LAN project are as follows:
Fully functional networked system
Design a boardroom in which any department's information can be accessed and expressed
Illustrate the complete network and boardroom design
Maintain as low a price as possible
Current state
The new facility consists of 5 six-cubicle work areas and a separate MIS Department and a boardroom. (See the schematic below) Each work area also includes a closed office for the department head.

The deliverables are outlined below:
Begin compiling your project plan by choosing network servers, routers, and hubs. Describe your network model, topology, and selections with an explanation of your choices in a memo to Roger Chen, the chief information officer at HHF. Be sure to use terms and concepts that you have learned in this course.

Many people are skeptical that climate change is even occurring on our beautiful planet. Some places worldwide feel its effects through increased temperatures, which is desirable to some. However, many other places, like the lovely island Fiji, are suffering from the effects of climate change. A Youtube video, “Climate Change Fiji,” posted by the user
UN Climate Change
describes the terrible circumstances faced by civilians who are forced to flee their homes due to rising sea levels (www#1). The loss of beach shores has resulted in a drastic decrease in marine life and land species who rely on coastal areas to survive. According to an article posted by author Sarah Taylor, to the site
EuroNews,
titled “Fiji prepares for ‘Climate Refugees’,” since the 19th century, sea levels have risen by around 25 centimeters worldwide (www#2). This rise in sea levels is attributed to the seemingly neverending rise of greenhouse gas emissions into our atmosphere. Another Youtube video, “Climate Change and Fiji,” posted by the user

emphasizes that Fiji is only one of many other Pacific Islands to be battling climate change (www#3). However, Fijians have taken the lead as the spokespeople for all Pacific Islanders to feel protected and not neglected.
These negative biological implications seem to occur in other places around the world, right? Wrong. Our very own city, San Diego, has been facing and will continue to tackle the negative effects of climate change. A typed interview conducted by the Environmental Health Coalition with Kayla Race exemplifies the many ways climate change appears in our communities, including prolonged heat waves, more intense wildfires, increased water costs, and disruptions on electricity (www#4). My family and I have personally been affected by the increased water (and energy) costs and the interruptions on our electricity. We don’t use our AC system and rely on fans for a cool down from our heatwave, yet are charged more than during the year and face blackouts quite often. A video posted in 2017 by the San Diego Union-Tribune, explains the differences between catastrophic and existential climate change (www#5). Catastrophic damage is survivable by humans, while existential climate change threatens the immediate safety of humans. Many still do not believe that these repercussions are created by car emissions into the air, affecting our atmospher.

Reference slide with at least three scholarly sources and the course text properly cited (one slide)

Explain which childcare (nanny, center-based, or family-based care) option (before/during/after preschool) you think is best for the child and why (one to two slides). Be sure to include discussion of the social factors that influence the likelihood of the family selecting a particular form of childcare.
Share specific suggestions, including at least two to implement safe technology use in the home. Explain how the media can (both positively and negatively) influence the child (one to two slides).
Discuss the importance of culture and ethnicity in the development of the self-concept. Share your ideas of ways that the new parents can create opportunities for the child to learn about his or her culture (one to two slides).
Describe at least two researched methods to increase the child's self-esteem and positive attitude (one to two slides).
Differentiate between the importance of socialization that occurs in the home and at school. Explain the importance of each venue as a positive haven for the child (one to two slides).

- 1. Personal Model of Leadership -Instructions- Throughout this course, you will create a personal model of leadership based on your research and reflections on what you learn during the 15 weeks. What is a personal model of leadership? Leadership is an important dimension of personal growth and development. Developing leadership qualities is a complex process that involves much more than simply selecting an appealing leadership model or participating in leadership training. Creating a satisfying personal model of leadership, which reflects one's values and beliefs and impacts how one affects organizations, communities, and society, is a lifelong process. What approach should I take to complete my personal leadership model? Building a personal leadership model can be approached from both a systematic and holistic perspective. It also requires creativity, passion, and a framework that leaders can use as they explore various models of leadership over their lifetime. The process of creating a personal model involves continuously exploring and analyzing various leadership models. You will find certain elements of these models appealing and might choose to integrate them into your own model. Others you will not want to include. It is important to weigh the elements against your own system of values and beliefs and select the
- 2. ones that will most enrich your own model and the lives of those whom you lead. What do I use to develop my personal model of leadership? As you explore various leadership models, utilize the table provided below to breakdown, select, and record their appealing elements. You will complete the table as you move through the process of developing your leadership model throughout the course. This table will serve as a starting point or outline as you think through your personal model of leadership and write your paper. How do I develop my personal model of leadership? Creating a leadership model involves the following: 1. Select the basic values that will provide the foundation and identify the leadership behaviors that will result from those values. As you select values for your own model, link each one you choose to one of these following four perspectives: a. Values that guide you from an individual or "I" perspective. b. Values that guide you from an interpersonal perspective. c. Values that guide you from an organizational perspective. d. Values that guide you from a societal perspective. 2. Identify a clear approach for creating a sense of meaning and purpose, including contributing to society. You will consider why the values you selected are meaningful and how you can utilize them to contribute to the greater good. Also, identify the impact of one's contributions to self, others, organizations, and society. You will consider how the behaviors that result from your foundation of values impacts the world around you in a positive and meaningful way. Two Parts to Creating Your Personal Model of Leadership
- 3. You will write your personal model of leadership in two parts. You will submit Part 1 in Topic 5 and receive feedback from your instructor. You will write Part 2 in Topic 8 and combine it with Part 1 and your instructor feedback to create one integrated personal model of leadership (1,250-1,500 words). The 2 parts involved in creating your personal model of leadership are as follows: Part 1: Select the basic values that will provide the foundation of your model and discuss the leadership behaviors that will result from those values. Be sure to select values from each of the following four levels: individual, interpersonal, organizational, and societal. You will complete the "Rokeach Values Survey" to assist you in selecting your values. Part 2: Identify how your personal model of leadership helps you to create a sense of meaning and purpose for yourself, others, organizations, and society. Then, identify the impact of your contributions to self, others, organizations, and society. Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required. This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion. You are required to submit this assignment to Turnitin. Definitions Values and beliefs: A value or belief describes something that is

Behaviors and action: A behavior describes the visible actions that demonstrate (or are based on) a value. For example, if you believe in "trust" as a value, then the behavior may be, "I always keep private information shared with me in confidence to myself." Clear approach for creating meaning and purpose: This is the sense of meaning or purpose that you focus on based on your values. So if you value protecting the environment, you might outline your approach for contributing to an organization that protects wildlife. Impact: Impact is attaining positive results or improvements in your area of focus. So if you are working in a wildlife organization, it could be saving the lives of wildlife or protecting a particular ecosystem.
