Editor's Notes
I can relate to that. Growing up in high school just a normal kid u know normal grades ! Not really having any success in the things that were important to me like sportsjust completely normal, completely average , mediocre , almost forgetable unfortunately. Cause i didn’t know how to be successful…so i came up with that thing ! The process how to go from VISION to GOALS to ACTIONi learned a simple process and started applying it in my own life
That shows me that i can only find success in and only in total satisfaction…which is a feeling way too hard to get but not impossible if u got a clear vision of ur goals ! Which i think i have…
AFTER using the SMART goal method i came up with one specific, measurable, attainable, realistic goal which is to become a CEO , and start my own company. and in this career i’ll try my best to have the best relationship with my employees…and by that….-Learn and find my own speaking style, that will fit anywhere and with anyone and in all circumstances -…..i mean by that using my communication skills and not forgetting about mixing it with the body language and gestures-per example speaks to more than 5 different foreigner
So…to reach my career goals I need to….
-reach an exceptional knowledge of the industries in which my company will operate in the future
And to make it to the top i need to become a…..The requirement of success are a bit hinded and hard to decipher but as far as i know…..Generally speaking, a CEO must have a…..in order to provide vision and a course for the company to navigate-working knowledge of the potential risks and opportunities that lie ahead for the company.AND TALKING ABOUT MYSELF…AM STILL WAY TOO FAR FROM MY GOAL…NOT EVEN CLOSE NOT EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD -I know my strenght as being… -and i assume that i have weeknesses…sometimes i tend to be judging which i thought was interesting and bc i don’t see myself as a judging person however that is one of the things that come up in my profile-also too sensitive….am receptive to criticism but sometimes i take a little bit too much to heart and so…WHICH I THINK, DOES MATCH WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR MY LONG-TERM GOAL OF BEING A CEO!
And as you guys know…Progress is related to Time….and to evaluate each progress i’ve made i need to take in concideration that particular period of time that i took to accomplish that progress !As long as for Success…success is related to ashievement, cuz the first question that you ask when u hear about a successful person is WHAT HAS HE DONE ?Talking about winning the trust of my potential employers…first step is to…instead of drawing attention to my weaknesses i better talk about my skills and abilities. Second, is to…WHY WOULD A COMPANY PICK YOU OUT OF A SEA OF OTHER APPLICANTS IF UR NOT UNIQUE ? U only have to take risks to stand out ! THIRD… cuz nothing but the smallest flaws can remove an employee from getting higher in position and being promoted.
