This brand is built around my passion for Hip-Hop and R&B music and the culture that
surrounds it. With the help of the brands core values: respect, integrity, creativity,
boldness, and individuality; we have created the foundation where artists and musicians
can build and grow. Here, we are a family that supports everyone and with that support
we allow our artists to have complete creative freedom with their careers and we provide
them with the opportunity to solely focus on their projects and not having to deal with
the business aspects of their career.

I feel though I have not had experience within the music industry, that lack of experience
will not hinder the future A&R team that I plan to apply too. With my hard work ethic,
willing to learn, flexibility, and customer service experience along with my Associates in
Psychology, I know I would have a lot to bring creatively to the A&R team.

through music or any other project being worked on.” We
look for originality, individuality, and integrity within our
artists, so we can create a roster that is diverse and
represents someone from every community. We want to
inspire others to become their authentic selves.

The primary content I plan to produce and
publish on a regular basis will be based all
around music, whether it’s a well known
artist or an up-and-coming artist, my content

use to publish content will be Instagram
and Twitter. Also, I plan to use my Digital
Portfolio Website as a place people can go to
get more information about my brand and
the projects I am working on.

- I am currently working towards a Bachelors in Music Business, during my time at
school, I plan to focus on how I want my brand to be and really start creating social
media accounts for my brand and posting content. Also, I plan to join one of my
organizations so I can increase my network outside of Twitter and Instagram. I want to
create a good following and networks, so once I am able to create my own company I’ll
already have people I can connect with and people who will follow my brand.
- During, this I also plan to expand my knowledge on the history of hip-hop culture, so
that I can truly embody aspects into my brand.

You know how most artist management companies are home to many
genres, my company is only focused on three genres, Hip-Hop, R&B,
and Soul, so that I as an artist manager can become knowledgeable in
all aspects of those genres, so that my artist can dominant their genres,
while I focus on the business and trend side of music.
