This document contains a personality assessment called the PAP Assessment. It consists of 20 pairs of statements with response options of 3=Often Applies, 2=Sometimes Applies, 1=Never or Almost Never Applies. Participants rate each statement and the results are tallied in four categories: E vs I, S vs N, T vs F, and J vs P. This provides a four letter code that indicates someone's personality type based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator model.
