• You invited Mr.Shantilal, an HR Manager of a
company as a guest lecturer for a seminar
• You asked Mr.Vithal an Accountant working under you
to pay him an honorarium of Rs.5,000 per hour.
• The normal rate of honorarium was Rs.1,000 per hour.
• Mr.Vithal negtiated the rate of honorarium with
Mr.Shantilal and persuaded him to accept the
honorarium of Rs.1,000 per hour.

branch by 5%.
3. The loans of Rs.10 Lakhs sanctioned by Mr. X became
bad Debt.
4. The loans of Rs.2 Lakhs sanctioned by Mr. Y became
bad Debt.
5. Mr. Y was given preference for promotion over Mr.X
because has bad debts were lower.

process.
4. Mr. X was given 59 out of 60 Marks (Highest) and
promoted.
