1. Transformation - Data Management Organization (DMO) Contractor
No relocation,
Role: This position is available within the Data Management Organization (DMO) which
is one of the teams participating in PepsiCo's processes in SAP and additional integrated
applications. The Data Management Organization is an evolving enterprise-wide
organization at PepsiCo. The organization governs and manages much of PepsiCo’s
master data. The DMO Team will plan the approach to the management of master data,
impact business process strategy, continually improve the way PepsiCo’s master data
needs are met, and help the individuals in our organization learn, grow and contribute.
The DMO team requires a contractor resource to work with the divisions, business units,
and process teams for enterprise-wide production support of data as it relates to material
end-to-end life cycle processes. The resource will work closely with the business support
teams, process design teams, and subject matter experts/management to develop,
implement, sustain, monitor, and improve master data processes and sustain data
excellence.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Resolve transactional and complex master data issues for Supply Chain-Material
processes
- Provide analysis and integrated solutions to eliminate reoccurring data issues
- Creates, if needed, and maintains up-to-date and accurate “scripts’ and knowledge
transfer for business processes & workflows within functional area. Streamlines business
processes within functional area.
- Review data inputting and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness
- Leverage data tools to analyze SAP and Legacy systems data to assure compliance with
business processes and a high level of data quality.
- Assists in successfully integrating new employees into the department. Provide training
and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Contribute to data-related technology planning, design, and architecture.

- Proficient in one or more business relevant technologies including SAP, Excel,
relational databases, and Word;
- Exposure to SAP fundamentals and transactions.
- Possesses strong data design and analytical skills directly related to area.
- Fully understands data, systems and business processes within functional area.
Beginning stage of developing knowledge of data, systems and business processes for
additional functional areas.
- Understands of Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Order Management,
Distribution, or Material Management and Business Principles.
- Leverages business and system knowledge within functional area; Offers and accepts
different viewpoints, while working toward the best solution.
- Understands PepsiCo’s products, services and business processes directly related to
application area.
- Understands impact of own action and how it relates to the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Min 3 years related business
experience
