About Our Pension & Retirement Plans
We offer Expatriates and UK residents (whether domiciled or not) a range of pension planning
options.
Our principal pension plans are the International Pension Plan, QROPS and QNUPS.
These plans have a proven track record of reliable growth and tax minimisation.
These plans are not mutually exclusive meaning it is possible for a client to have all 3 plans under
certain circumstances.
International Pension Plans are designed to offer consistent, long-term growth and can be combined
with a QROPS and/or QNUPS.
QROPS (Qualified Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes) allow holders to transfer their pension
assets into an overseas scheme that enables lower tax rates and withdrawal of greater benefits.
QNUPS (Qualifying Non-UK Pension Schemes) allow holders to transfer a broad range of assets into
the plan e.g. property, stocks, shares and artworks, as well also potentially enabling a lower rate of
inheritance tax.

11. Pryce Warner International Group Reporting
Requirements to HMRC
QROPS: If the member has been a UK resident at any time
in the past 5 years full reporting must be maintained by the
pension trustee
There are no reporting requirements by the Pryce Warner
International Group QROPS Trustees once the member has
been outside of the HMRC tax regime for 10 years
QNUPS: There are no reporting requirements to HMRC
when setting up a QNUPS.
QNUPS are available in non-UK jurisdictions where the
pension arrangement offered meets the HMRC criteria for
being a QNUPS

12. QROPS Application Process
Complete a Pryce Warner International Group QROPS application form
Pryce Warner International Group will review your existing Pension Plans/SIPPs
PWI Produces a Written Proposal stating all charges
Proposal is Discussed with the Applicant
Applicant receives all Transfer Documentation for Completion and Submission to
PWI including Copy of Passport & Proof of Address
Pension Plans & SIPPs are Transferred into the QROPS Plan
Clients can then view their Accounts online 24/7

13. QNUPS Application Process
Complete a Pryce Warner International Group QNUPS application form
We Will Review the Assets you Propose putting into the QNUPS
PWI Produces a Written Proposal stating costs involved
Proposal is Discussed with the Prospective Client
Client Submits Copy of Passport & Proof of Address
Client receives all Transfer Documentation for Completion and Submission to PWI
Assets are Transferred into the QNUPS Plan
Clients can then view their Accounts online 24/7 &/or receive quarterly reports

14. QROPS Transfer Process
Your Pension Plan receives instructions from PWI QROPS Trustees for Transfer
Same as transfer between UK schemes
Benefits transferred in cash or in-species
UK Plan/s advises HMRC of an overseas transfer
Pension Plan trustees implement reporting requirements to HMRC
Personal pensions, occupational pension schemes, schemes in drawdown and final
salary schemes are accepted

15. QNUPS Transfer Process
Benefits transferred in cash or in-species
Assets that can be transferred include; residential or commercial property, works of art,
cash, cars, equity investments and shares.

16. QROPS Transfer Fees
Initial Set up Fee £750*
Initial Fees are a one off and include obtaining due diligence in accordance with our regulatory
requirements, preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for the trustees and
previous administrator, monitoring the application process and liaising with your advisor.
Annual Trustee Administration Fee £750*
The Trustee administration is charged annually in arrears on 30th September for the provision of
services which includes the management of the fund, annual accounts and the trustee responsibility
fee. These fees do not apply to specialised investment assets or where they are held with an
offshore company (e.g. property and private equity). Fees will be in accordance with the Pryce
Warner International Group Limited fee schedule as in force at the time. Any additional professional
work requested by the Member will be quoted for in advance. These fees will be calculated by
reference to the time, complexity, urgency and responsibility of the work required.
Termination of QROPS or Transfer Fee
£2000*
Upon transfer of the QROPS to another administrator a termination fee will be applied to attend to
all matters with regard to the transfer as required.
*These are our current fees and reflect provider rates, though these may be subject to change

17. QNUPS Fees
Initial Set up Fee £1250 (min)
Initial Fees are one-off, in advance and include obtaining due diligence in accordance with our
regulatory requirements, preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for the
trustees and previous administrator, monitoring the application process and liaising with your
advisor.

18. International Pension Plan Application
Provide via our secure Website your financial information
State the amount that you wish to contribute monthly
State your age and the period of intended contributions
We will formulate a proposal and a range of pension plan projections
When these have been approved and accepted by the client, your advisor will guide you
through the application procedures
