Pemari Consulting was hired to implement CA Clarity PPM for Sandwell Council within 9 working days. They took an agile approach, stripping out unnecessary tasks and focusing on key areas like project management and resource management. They held a kickoff meeting to define scope and agree on priorities. They then conducted business process reviews, workshops to demo the system, and end-user training. By taking an agile, time-boxed approach and engaging senior leadership, they were able to successfully implement the system within the constrained timeline.
