BT and Sandwell Council.
• Its purpose is to revolutionise how Sandwell does business
and delivers public services

• The Requirement
– Implement CA Clarity PPM so that the councils IT department can
effectively manage resources across project, BaU and overheads.
• The Constraints
– Need to book training rooms asap
– Key stakeholders are only available from the 5th July
– Need to be live by 18th July
