This document discusses several pediatric emergency radiology cases, including an 11-month-old girl with a bowel obstruction and appendicolith, an 18-month-old with a retropharyngeal abscess, a 2-year-old with acute epiglotitis, a 15-month-old boy with croup, a 7-year-old with a Jefferson fracture from diving into shallow water, and a severe femoral fracture in a child that was determined to be from non-accidental injury or child abuse.
