PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is a vital learning area in primary school that engages children in active lifestyles, increases physical activity, and equips students with skills and values for life. It assists children in developing communication, movement, problem-solving, decision-making, and interaction skills. The goal is for students to develop positive values and attitudes, enjoy a sense of belonging, accept responsibility for their health and community, participate regularly in physical activity, respect themselves and others, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
