Telecommunication Engineering and over
the past ten years he has been working as
project and technical manager within the
Telecommunication industry in countries
such as Algeria, Brazil, Mozambique, Norway,
UK and Portugal. These experiences within
multicultural business environments
turned him into a very flexible professional,
where critical thinking, communication
and teamwork are key requirements, and
allowed him to gain multiple international
relationships and friends. But what truly
drives Rui is the challenge of developing
innovative ideas that creatively solve real life
