After the launch of Volume 1 of the Annual Report 2016, an explanatory document of the main milestones of the previous year, namely events and project developments, the company now launches Volume 2, which presents a balance of the 2016’s financial results. Annual Report Volume 2's main objective is to present results in terms of turnover and growth, detailing financial and social indicators.

WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2007, Ubiwhere is focused on Research and
Innovation of software-based solutions in the areas of Smart
Cities,Telecommunications and Internet of the Future.
Focusing on its clients and innovation, the company's areas of
expertise focus on the interoperability, Open Data and
cloud-based smart services, as well as Quality of Service
(QoS), Convergence Networks and Services of Future Internet
(e.g. 5G - SDN and NFV). With 3 national offices and around 50
employees, Ubiwhere is committed to ensure the best
practices at quality management level holding certifications
such as ISO9001 and CMMI-Dev level 3. One of our key
differentiating factors and a cornerstone of the company's
success is our dedicated and fast-paced team, always ready to
tackle some of technology’s and business’s greatest
challenges. We rely on a multi-faceted, dynamic, passionate
and highly qualified team composed by Senior Executives,
Researchers, Consultants, Project Managers, Designers,
Marketing and Communication Managers, Programmers and
Quality Assurance Technicians (almost 40 employees and
more than 90% with Master Degree or higher).
In our customer’s portfolio, major telecom operators (such as
SONAE and PT Inovação) and the National Government can be
found. Ubiwhere also cooperates with leading national and
international technology companies which value our
partnership and recognize the company’s large-scale
contribution to their creative and innovative projects.

5. The first time we met Ubiwhere was in a
European innovation project. We soon realized we

6. 2016 was a year of success and financial stability for Ubiwhere,
evidenced by the increase in our turnover, compared to the
previous year.The following data confirms the strategy followed
by Ubiwhere to become a reference company in the areas in
which it operates.
Since 2007 we have been gradually evolving, and we are looking
