 Worked with newly acquired business stakeholders to identify their business needs and processes in
support of bringing a distributor portal online within a four week timeframe.
 Administered the intranet, based on SharePoint (2003), provided training to additional support resources,
was the go-to person for site creation and troubleshooting including lost data recovery.
 Updated and administered the request management system consisting of Serena SBM/TeamTrack.
o Requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration and management.
 Developed the job responsibilities and description for the business solutions specialist which led to the
creation of the Business Solutions Team.

 Researched and developed a set of business process model diagrams to initiate conversations around

case development; developed a custom test case database (MS Access) to enable quick reporting of test
progress.
