This document describes Paul's second missionary journey, including that he visited churches in Syria and Cilicia before joining Timothy in Lystra. The Holy Spirit prevented Paul from preaching in Asia and Bithynia, so he went to Troas where he was joined by Luke. There, Paul had a vision of a Macedonian man calling for help, so he went to Philippi and converted Lydia. Paul and Silas were imprisoned there but prayed and sang hymns at midnight, and an earthquake freed them.
