Spare time activities/Interests
I have recently become a trustee of the WAND mental health charity. My other main interests are based in
the adult and further education field and the use of IT, computing and technology within it. Also coming from
a rural background, I tend to spend as much time as possible in the countryside and especially around the
coast. So I’m obviously very interested in environmental and conservation issues. I also enjoy reading on a
wide range of subjects, with a particular interest in history and geography. Plus I have a great interest in
music and listen to as much as I can from quite a wide range of genres.
