Paseka has 3 years 3 months in external audit experience with KPMG. She is currently an audit trainee within the Botswana practice,
and is currently pursuing her Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) professional qualification underpinned in the Institute
of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW).
Professional and Industry Experience
As an audit trainee Paseka assists with the planning and execution of fieldwork for Gaborone’s audit department. Such role includes
performing planning and risk assessment procedures, collecting and performing procedures over audit evidence and providing
reasonable basis for the audit opinion issued to KPMG’s clients across various industries. Paseka’s audit clients range from financial
service entities which include retail and consumer banking, retail and manufacturing entities to service oriented entities. Her clients
