PART 2 6
Creating New Plane
Project Management
Finalized project scope
This initiative aims to support and provide more convenient travel for business owners and investors. We intend to accomplish this by constructing a new plane to enable investors and business owners to travel globally conveniently to source goods for their businesses. Our goal is to build a completely functional aircraft with all the features that anyone might require as they travel across the world for business trips or vacations. The plan will also provide a means for any user to invest in any foreign firm straight from its site that provides a business platform for its users. It will provide an opportunity for investors or any other users to visit different countries and allow them to suggest new goods and services for their businesses. Also, the project will allow businesses to access broad international markets within the shortest time possible to restock. We hope to see numerous tiny businesses develop from nothing into something with the introduction of this new plane that has extraordinary features, including comfort, speed, and convenience.

A WBS is a chronological breakdown of a task focused on quiet

graphical and presents the long row of components in a well -
organized chart. In this project, there are five main tasks,
including the setting up of air vehicles, system engineering,
managing the program, testing and evaluating the project, and
training of project team. A hand-me-down at the burn-up-the-
road of a responsibility to comprehend the length, figure out

subsystems. However, the airframe has other subtasks, including
air integration, assembling, text and checkout tasks, fuselage,
and wing development. Other tasks categorized under the
training of the project team are equipment management, service
provision, and facility management.
3. Project Schedule
Figure 2.0
The Gantt chart, a bar chart that depicts the progression of tasks
over time, is created using the Work Breakdown Structure. It
shows how the project team will execute each task on the fly
and with other tasks. We have two critical phases in this
project, which are the project beginning and design phases. The
procedures for standard construction projects, including the
conversion from a legacy system, are explicitly outlined in the
project schedule. As shown in figure (2.0), it covers the
complete cycle from the start of the project and scoping through
go-live and stabilization.
Every step of a planned construction project is included in the
project schedule. The schedule uses a hybrid approach, with
stages that resemble the Waterfall process and the completion of
individual tasks in an agile manner. It includes a complete
warehouse transfer (relocation) in which a business moves all of
its equipment and inventory into a new, often larger building. It
was created by a shipping operations specialist who has
successfully transitioned four massive warehouses with little to
no downtime. The planning process includes project setup, test
preparation and execution, certification, and go-live and post-
go-live steps, as indicated in the figure (2.0) above.
Project Resources Tasks
Figure 3.0
Planning is a critical but challenging task in the execution of
construction projects. It entails the selection of technology, the
specification of the work tasks, calculating the time and
resources needed for each task, and detecting any interactions
between the various tasks. A solid construction plan is a
foundation for establishing the budget and the work schedule.
Even if the design is not written down or formally recorded,
developing it is crucial in the construction management process.
It may be necessary to make decisions regarding the interactions
4. between project participants or even which companies to
include in a project concerning these mechanical aspects of
construction planning.
As shown in figure (3.0) above, it is typical to apply the main
focus on either cost control or schedule control when
developing a construction plan. Some designs are primarily
separated into cost categories and related expense categories.
Construction planning is cost- or expense-focused in these
situations. There is a distinction between costs incurred directly
for the completion of an activity and costs incurred indirectly
for the project's success within the subgroups of expenditure.
For instance, indirect costs are frequently applied to overhead
costs and borrowing costs for project financing.
Scheduling operations over time is crucial for other projects and
is stressed during the planning process. The planner, in this
instance, ensures that the appropriate order of activities is
maintained and that enhanced productivity of the existing funds
takes precedence. Traditional scheduling techniques strongly
emphasize maintaining task priority or using resources
effectively over time. Last but not least, since plane
construction is a complex project, it necessitates considering
both cost and work schedules over time. Therefore, planning,
monitoring, and maintaining records must take both dimensions
into account.
Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder communication is essential to a large project's
success. In some ways, engaging with and winning significant
stakeholders is required to make the project successful. Such
physical and public engagement is more uncomplicated than
putting its physical components into action. Transparency,
accuracy, and communication are essential for stakeholders'
communication standards. Additionally, early stakeholder group
identification and engagement will aid in maintaining the
initiative's direction. Stakeholder engagement describes the
interactions between project supervisors and particular
5. stakeholders. It is the more thorough process project leaders use
to manage stakeholders' desires and expectations. Stakeholder
involvement is a broad topic that covers many different things,
such as gathering and exchanging information, responding to
complaints and concerns from your stakeholders, assessing the
significance and impact of various stakeholder groups,
exchanging messages using a variety of channels, and more.

This communication plan describes how leadership, project
team members, and customers under the project's purview would
communicate to implement a newly constructed aircraft. The
cell phone service center will use the new credit card processing
application provided by the ACME Web Software application
version. Also, with outlined timelines of communication
systems, the outlined communication strategy will offer a

project team.
The communications chart below will aid in project
communication for this particular project. As illustrated in the
communications flow chart, the communications plan provides a
framework for the project stakeholders, managers, and project
teams to follow during the project execution. However, it is
necessary to note that some occasions may fall outside the
project's communication plan. In such cases, additional
clarifications will be necessary to ensure the smooth execution
of the project tasks.

Creating a New Plane
7. Part-1: Creating a New Plane
Project Title: Creating a New Plane
Purpose
Planes are designed with flight possible thanks to the
incorporation of aerodynamic principles. The rapid movement
of air over the wings causes them to be thrust down toward the
ground, which in turn creates a lift that helps the plane to rise
into the air. Planes are able to alter their flight path through the
use of their wings and rudder. Pilots who have received specific
training in aircraft balancing are more qualified to do so. The
pilot is given assistance by both an autopilot system and a co-
pilot.
Aeroplane, plane, and aircraft are all names for the same type of
vehicle that can be utilized for either military operations, air
transport, or the handling of freight (Chu et al 2019). There are
a wide variety of aircraft used in the aviation industry, some of
which include passenger aircraft, freight aircraft, aircraft used
by the military, and private aircraft. Nowadays, airplanes enable
quick and convenient international travel for passengers.
Description
The construction of naval aircraft is guided by a set of
predetermined guidelines. These specifications need to be
narrowed down before they can be integrated into a single
8. aircraft. It is impossible for a single aircraft to exhibit all of
these qualities, just as it is impossible for a single aircraft to
combine the luxuries of a passenger carrier with the
responsiveness of a fighter. The required level of structural
robustness of an aircraft is determined by its class and type. A
Navy fighter needs to be able to move quickly, be agile, and be
armed for both offense and defense. In order to fulfill these
requirements, the airplane has a significant amount of power
and a very robust framework.
Objective
When designing an airplane, the most significant challenge
is ensuring that it can fly and accomplish its mission despite the
amount of weight it has. Take, for example, the plane that the
navy uses. in this context, any member of a class of aircraft
with fixed wings that is heavier than air, is powered by a high-
velocity jet or a screw propeller, and is supported by the
dynamic reaction of the air against its wings. See the book
"History of Flight" for a detailed overview of how aircraft
evolved over time and how civil aviation came into being.
An airplane must have a wing system that can keep it aloft, tail
surfaces that can keep it stable, movable surfaces that can
control the attitude of the plane while it is in the air, and a
power plant that can provide the thrust that is required to propel
the vehicle through the air. These are the essential components
of an airplane. It is necessary to make preparations to support
the airplane both when it is parked on the ground and when it is
taking off and landing. In the majority of aircraft, the crew,
passengers, and cargo are contained within an enclosed body
known as the fuselage. The cockpit is the location from which
the pilot operates the aircraft's controls and equipment in order
to fly the aircraft.
Success Criteria
Several obstacles cause delays and increased costs while
building aviation infrastructure, resulting in schedule and
resource overruns in the great majority of global construction
projects. As a result, most aviation building projects are
9. handled on a global basis. A project's completion can be secured
by anticipating and eliminating any roadblocks. Contractor
competence, money, restrictions, management buy-in,
stakeholder engagement, airport location, and a lack of
construction and technical experience were identified as critical
elements in the project's success. However, the extent and
complexity of the problem differ from one country to the next.
An examination of how not having enough money to purchase
the necessary tools and equipment for the project's development
has hampered progress. It has been proposed that the main
reason of project completion delays is insufficient or delayed
funding, which results in cost overruns (WBS 2019). The
construction of New international airport may be slowed due to
a lack of funds. If the primary actors cannot overcome their
time and money differences, the project may fail. Untrustworthy
contractors can raise the cost of a project, delay its completion,
and offer inferior outcomes. When designers lack the abilities
required to construct a feasible plan, it results in course
corrections that increase the project's scope, raise its cost, and
delay its completion. The designers' incompetence is directly
accountable for these changes.
Funding:
Sponsor Jackson Eriots will be responsible for providing the
whole commission for the project. Due to the fact that it is a
personal project, only Jackson Eriots will provide funding for
it.
Acceptance Criteria
A multitude of internal and external factors influence
project outcomes. The most crucial include a well-organized
project team, the caliber of the implementing contractors,
management abilities to track the project's development, timely
finance availability, and the role of key stakeholders (Smagin et
al 2019). It is critical to have an effective project management
system in place and to be responsive to changing circumstances
and needs. Global studies have indicated that incorporating
stakeholders in the project, selecting qualified and competent
10. stakeholders, making project finances accessible on time, and
having skilled management staff are all elements that can
improve the performance of aviation construction projects. For
example, work is underway to construct New International
Airport.
Major Deliverable
The primary deliverable are a skeleton structure consisting of
creation of planes. Notably, low financing causes project
delays, which leads to cost overruns, according to their
assessment of the critical success factors influencing the
performance of airport infrastructure projects (Krokhmal et al
2020). A lack of funds hampered the performance of creating
new, highlighting the impact of financial availability on project
performance. In addition to the inadequacy of the original
project design, the new airport terminal's performa nce
experienced cost and time overruns as a result of design
adjustments.
KEY ASSUMPTIONS
The necessary resources and building materials become
available at the right time. The choice of designs and
manufacturers for the fittings and fixtures has already been
discussed and decided. The necessary authorizations and
permits have been acquired in a timely way and in accordance
with the law.
CONSTRAINTS
Lack of competent personnel (due to sickness, absenteeism, or
workers quitting mid-project), an urgent need to purchase raw
materials, excessive resource waste during construction, and
Excessive Rain all have the potential to halt operations and
delay the project.
Approval
The project is granted permission by the sponsor, whose
name appears at the bottom. During the "Scope Verification"
phase, you will work to gain formal acceptance of your project's
scope from the relevant stakeholders. In order to achieve this
degree of acceptability, you will frequently need to go through
11. the Inspection method. The inspection approach entails
completing a walkthrough in order to provide the client with a
knowledge of the work that has been completed. It is an
endeavor to ensure that the work deliverables will meet their
requirements as well as any applicable product acceptance
criteria that have been defined.
Reporting Requirements
Provide a weekly status update to the sponsor regarding the
project's milestones and deliverable. Any purchases made in an
emergency as well as any new hires are required to be
disclosed.
