3. Expectations for Students
• Bring PE clothes, Fitness Log, and Pen/Pencil everyday to class
• Positive Attitude
• Motivation
• Participate in all exercises
• Doctors note if physically impaired or injured in order to be
excused to participate until cleared
• Work at home just as hard as in class
• Turning in all assignments on assigned due date
• Working with others to reach their goals
• NO CHEATING!
4. Expectations for Parents
• Participate in any take home assignments
• Make sure they are staying on track of their fitness
log/goals
• Discipline child to be physical while home and not to
be lazy
• Provide and participate in what your child is doing to
change their diet
• If you’re motivated, your child will be motivated!

5. Idaho Physical Education Standards
• Demonstrate competency in motor skills and movement patterns
needed to perform a variety of physical activities.
- Varies of sports, games, exercises, and circuits
