3. Psychology of Black
Frantz Fanon is psychiatrist,
Black
Post-colonist thinker.
He applied psychoanalytic
theory
to explain the feeling of
dependency
and inadequacy that black people
experience in white world.
“ we revolt simply
because, for
many reasons, we can no
longer
breath.”

4. He is seen not as Dr.Fanon but as a Black who is Doctor.
“White people do not see him, they see
his body”
7. Language and psychology of Black
Language & power both are connected with each other.
Black people have desire to speak white Man's language.
Fanon gives an example of 'Martinique' to understand
psychology “Black”.
People in Martinique spoke CREOLE, dialect.
But they believed thet FRENCH is better than the CREOLE
because it is language of White.
8. Fanon noticed that when people came back from France they
would no longer knew Creole.
They believed that French is better & gives them Eqality.
But the reality is that their identity of “Black” remains same even
though they speak language of White.”
For Example
We are speaking english language but we can not
became english man by speaking english.
9. Psychology of Black Women
Black women marries with white not out of true
love but she just love's white skin coloue.
Fanon gives two example of two women.
Nini-Accountant proposes her but she refuses
his proposal because that man is black.
Didi-A man with good goverment job proposes
her.
Her dream become true because that Man is
white.
10. Psychology of Black Man
Black Want to be recognize as white by marrying
white women.
By loving me she proves to me
that i am worthy of a white love.
I am loved like white Man.
