1) Personal Health Record (PHR)
Project Description :-
• PHR enables data sharing and transactions between Providers, Employers, Payers, TPA’s, Doctors
and Patients.
• PHR allows the user to create, review, maintain or share records of their health conditions, medical
history or medications with their health care providers and family members.
• In PHR users can decide on who should have access to their information and when based on an
access granted by themselves.

2. Role:
• Developed API for front-end consumption( Mobile App and Web based App)
• Created Service layer to connect Controllers to Repository layer.
• Worked on repository layer for data transaction .
• Coordinated with clients and conducted analysis of business requirements.

2) Personal Health Record (PHR) moved to SPA (Single Page Application)
Project Description :-
• Single Page Applications (SPA) are built on expanding reach via the browser, reducing round tripping,
and enhancing User Experience (UX).
• In an SPA, either all necessary code – HTML, JavaScript, and CSS – is retrieved with a single page
load, or the appropriate resources are dynamically loaded and added to the page as necessary, usually in
response to user actions.
• Interaction with the single page application often involves dynamic communication with the web
server behind the scenes.
Role :-
• Developing and Integrating the PHR using Durandal, Knockout, RequireJS and jQuery.
• Implemented Responsive Web Design using Bootstrap framework.
