• Pancake Tuesday marks the
start of Lent.
• On this day we eat
mountains of pancakes.
How to make pancakes
Ingredients:
•100g plain flour
•Pinch of salt
•1/2 egg
•300 ml milk
•1 tablsp of oil
Method

1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the egg, oil and milk
and slowly beat to make a
batter.
3. Put oil on the pan.
4. Add the batter to the pan.
5. Fry until golden brown on
both sides after flipping.
6. Serve rolled up with golden
syrup or nutella.
