Fresh Cheese sticks- Chees sticks are enjoyed by all. Fried at home, cost
efficient, and easy to prepare, these cheese sticks are absolutely a delight to
eat at home. The light crispiness and enticing cheese wrapped around in a
stick can be eaten and served with barbecue sauce. Recipe is as follows-
Things you require: Italian bread crumbs- 3 cups, vegetable oil for frying,
beaten eggs, string cheese preferably.

into a large shallow bowl. Dip cheese sticks into egg and roll in bread crumbs and
completely cover it. Now place the bread cheese sticks onto the baking sheet and
let it stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Now add another layer of bread by
dipping in eggs and crumbs and form a thick coat. Freeze the sticks for at least 2
hours. Now deep fry the sticks until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove the
excess oil and dip into your sauce!

as follows- Combine 2 eggs in ¼ flour cup, buttermilk, hot sauce, pepper and basic
seasoning of salt and garlic powder. In another bowl, mix cornmeal, 2 cups flour
and salt and pepper. Dip your vegetables drained into the milk mixture and into the
flour mixture. Deep fry until it is golden brown. Sprinkle more salt and pepper.
