This document provides recipes for two Italian bread dishes: Pana Zucchero and Panzenella. Pana Zucchero is made with 3 slices of bread, 6 tablespoons of sugar divided and rubbed onto the bread slices, and soaked in water. Panzenella is a bread salad made with 3 slices of bread soaked and broken into pieces, cherry tomatoes, preserved tomatoes, onion, celery, oregano, olive oil, and salt.
