4th Generation War is the latest weapon being deployed against the Muslim world to dismember Muslim countries in the greater middle east. This mode of War fare is least understood by the policy makers, leaders, and the media. Here BrassTacks brings a comprehensive presentation for the policy makers on this illusive subject.

Pakistan's Nuclear Weapons Program - An overview and critiqueVikas Sharma
Pakistan is a member of the ‘nuclear club’ with an arsenal of ~120 warheads. However, Pakistan’s regular appearance in lists of ‘unstable governments’, rising religious
militancy in the region, and experience with A.Q. Khan Network have raised concerns globally. This paper provides an overview of Pakistan’s nuclear program, its regional/international cooperation, and key issues stirring international worry.
The Faraizi movement was a reform movement formed in Bengal in the nineteenth century. In the early stages, the goal of this movement was the reform of religion. But later on this movement, the tendency for socioeconomic reforms was noticed. The word Faraizi originates from ‘Faraj’.
This means that the duty of Allah is the duty of Allah.
Though the worst intelligence failure, the USA took maximum advantage of the 9/11 tragedy and embarked on the mission to accomplish the objectives set forth in the infamous neo-con paper, known as the American Century.
America employed all its -military, diplomatic and financial, to wage a war of terror on several countries besides Afghanistan-its starting point.
Whether it was a stellar success or a dismal failure, it has cost the world massively in terms of loss of human lives, financial losses, refugees crises, missed opportunities, and surprisingly, increased global terrorism
This presentation covers all these issues in greater detail

"The Strategy and Tactics of the Struggle against Global US Imperialist War"
Brussels, 2-4 May 2004
As far as realpolitik Afghanistan is concerned, with or without a deal, the US military want to stay in what is a priceless Greater Middle East base to deploy hybrid war techniques
***
Nearly two decades after the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan post-9/11, and after an interminable war costing over $ 2 trillion, there’s hardly anything “historic” about a possible peace deal that may be signed in Doha this coming Saturday between Washington and the Taliban.
We should start by stressing three points.
1- The Taliban wanted all US troops out. Washington refused.
2- The possible deal only reduces US troops from 13,000 to 8,600. That’s the same number already deployed before the Trump administration.
3- The reduction will only happen a year and a half from now – assuming what’s being described as a truce holds.

USAs NONSENSE AND AIMLESS PEACE PLAN IN AFGHANISTANAgha A
FYI – A geo-political analysis of U.S. Foreign Policy in Afghanistan/South Asia. He pulls no punches in his opinion.
Similarly in the book I helped major Amin and Colonel Osinski put together it is stated:
…The very idea of USA talking to Taliban is naive...The Taliban do not represent the whole Afghanistan” (Amin, 2009). “The Taliban are politically rejected by nearly the entire non-Pashtun population (Figure 1). Even among the Pashtun they command polling support of less than 6%” (McCaffrey, 2009). “If any settlement has to be negotiated with them Afghanistan would have to be divided. What the Taliban signify is not acceptable to at least 50 % of Afghans...Any U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in totality would be a great U.S. strategic failure. Even if the USA withdraws it must retain bases because the Afghans respect B 52 s and fear Allah although I doubt the second assertion somewhat. U.S. or NATO withdrawal would lead to a renewed war between the Northern Alliance supported by Russia, India and Iran and the Good Taliban supported by Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. There would be no Taliban occupation of Kabul or Mazar (Figure 9). Although the Taliban may practice their brand of Islam at Kandahar and Ghazni Provinces in Afghanistan (Figure 5), the Afghan war would continue as long as the Indian - Pakistani issue is not decided militarily” (Amin 2009). Therein lays a major problem
Experts of international relations feel that irrespective of Pakistan’s regional GDP of US$820.1 billion which is the highest in South Asia, Americans and US Allies, in view of their most disappointing experiences in Iran and Iraq, will never allow Pakistan to become a regional investment center to cover the markets of affluent but troubled Gulf, potentially very dangerous Central Asian Republics and poor in average per capita income but large mass of consumers in South Asia. Their territory of priority is India because they can rely on India against China and Muslim countries of Central Asia and the Gulf region. They want to bring India at par with China in military and economic strength to have a reliable strong ally in the fastest growing economic region of the world. The only One Point Agenda for bi-lateral and multi-lateral dialogue between Muslim heads of state and governments must be Unity at Any Cost! Muslim countries must immediately discuss their genuine and in-genuine differences among themselves either directly or through impartial Muslim countries. Only unity will enable them to survive in the post cold-war twenty first century. They must remember Malaysian Prime Minister’s advice, though for a different reason and from a different platform, “it is better to hang together instead of getting hanged individually.”

This presentation is based on a hypothetical global war scenario written by Zaid Hamid in 2004. Incredibly, the events seem to be moving in the same direction. The original paper can be seen at: http://www.scribd.com/doc/75468573/Armageddon-2014
Summary - aims &objectives of islamic reconstruction dept by mohd asadZaid Hamid
Quaid e Azam created a department of Islamic Reconstruction in 1947 to create an Islamic state in Pakistan. He appointed the German convert Muslims Muhemmed Asad as its director general. After the death of Quaid e Azam, the whole department was burnt down by the traitors and its research lost to the nation. Now for the first time in 65 years, these rare, historical and visionary works are brought back to life, alhamdolillah. These are the lost papers of Muhemmed Asad.
These papers have an incredible historical value and set the record straight on the vision, mission, ambitions and aspirations of our founding fathers – Quaid, Allama Iqbal, Liaqat Ali Khan and Allama Asad – on the newly created Islamic state of Pakistan. These papers destroy the myth comprehensively that our founding fathers wanted to create secular state and did not wish an Islamic state. These papers are most decisive rebuttal to the liberal fascists who have been resisting the Islamic state in Pakistan and now would form the basis upon which to rebuild a glorious Islamic civilization, InshAllah!

role of women and girls in various terror groupssadiakorobi2
Women have three distinct types of involvement: direct involvement in terrorist acts; enabling of others to commit such acts; and facilitating the disengagement of others from violent or extremist groups.
In a May 9, 2024 paper, Juri Opitz from the University of Zurich, along with Shira Wein and Nathan Schneider form Georgetown University, discussed the importance of linguistic expertise in natural language processing (NLP) in an era dominated by large language models (LLMs).
The authors explained that while machine translation (MT) previously relied heavily on linguists, the landscape has shifted. “Linguistics is no longer front and center in the way we build NLP systems,” they said. With the emergence of LLMs, which can generate fluent text without the need for specialized modules to handle grammar or semantic coherence, the need for linguistic expertise in NLP is being questioned.
2. Pakistan, a beautiful land of 180 million Muslims,
coastlines, mountains, rivers, lakes and the only
ideological Islamic nuclear state in the world.
A country with finest armed forces and great
human resource, economic, agricultural and
industrial potential.
3. With most professional armed forces, Pakistan Air force is
the only Muslim Air force to have shot down Indian, Israeli
and Soviet fighter planes in air to air combat in various wars.
4. Pak army and ISI orchestrated the destruction of Soviet Union in Afghanistan and have
blocked Indian hegemony in the region despite Indian forces being 3 to 5 times stronger
in strength in conventional and unconventional forces.
5. But today, a nuclear armed nation is in a state
of collapse – The county is under a massive 4th
Generation war which is triggering a rapid
collapse of the state into a failed dysfunctional
country – like Somalia.
6. In the last 5 years alone, almost 100,000 Pakistanis have died or wounded in urban
wars, terrorism, insurgencies, rebellions and high intensity conflict being fought
within the boundaries of Pakistan.
Almost 60% of Pakistan army is deployed on active war duties within the country
and have taken almost 10,000 dead and wounded as casualties in fighting the
multiple insurgencies and urban high intensity wars.
7. As the collapse of the Pakistani state and
security intensifies, the presence of NATO/US
in Afghanistan and India on the East has now
created a genuine threat for Pakistan that
country may be invaded from West and East
under Af-Pak and Cold start military doctrines
– turning Pakistan into another Iraq.
8. I R A Q
Y
u
G
It is feared that of the present anarchy and chaos continues and the country is O
also invaded in an Iraq styled invasion then the third and final phase of the war S
would be deployed – The Balkanization of Pakistan – the Yugoslavia model.
L
The war which Pakistan faces today is called 4th Generation War. The first model A
experimented for such a doctrine was Yugoslavia. A country with the fifth V
largest army was dismembered in just 3 years without any external land
invasion but through insurgencies, ethnic, religious, provincial wars and I
economic collapse. A
NATO only intervened in the end. Once Yugoslavia was a failed state after just 3
years of war and anarchy, NATO simply tied the knot in Dayton peace accord to
officially dismember the country into multiple states.
9. The same doctrine is being applied in various degrees and
levels, depending upon the country and the military
objectives, in the Greater Middle East today.
Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, Iraq and now Syria and
Pakistan.
The US plan for Pakistan. The real objectives of US war on
terror.
10. What is 4th GW??
Destroy a country through an internal
collapse and implosion of the state via
political, social, economic and military
means without actually having to launch a
high intensity war from outside. In Pakistan,
they have deployed all axis simultaneously.
11. 1. Military axis –
insurgencies, rebellions, terrorism.
2. Political chaos. Corrupt incompetent
governments. Provincial and ethnic hatred.
Democracy of the corrupt and compromised.
3. Economic collapse through corruption and
financial controls.
4. Media and information war and Psy-Ops.
5. Social chaos – power, food, energy crisis
and lawlessness.
12. Three great problems for US/NATO which they did
not face in Yugoslavia. Forcing them to be extremely
careful and slow in deploying their plans against
Pakistan.
1. Pakistan is a nuclear armed state with multiple
deployed warheads spread all over the country.
2. NATO supplies go through Pakistan and hence
Pakistan controls the fate and destiny of US war in
Afghanistan.
3. Pakistan armed forces are still united, most
disciplined and ruthless fighting force and is a symbol
of united Federation, unlike Yugoslavia.
13. So what would US plan to do against Pakistan now?
1. A global reason has to be created that Pakistan is a
failed dysfunctional state and poses a nuclear threat to
the world, hence its nukes should be taken away by a UN
mandate.
2. US would like to cut a strategic corridor through
Baluchistan to Afghanistan to prevent any blockage of its
supplies again by Pakistan.
3. To achieve these ends, Pakistan must be turned into a
failed state and army needs to be destroyed and
Pakistan’s ISI need to be contained.
14. The future threats for Pakistan:
1: More support to TTP, rebellions in
Baluchistan and to urban terrorists in
Karachi to engage and destroy Pakistan
armed forces and to cause more panic and
chaos in the country. TTP and BLA are CIA
asset based in Afghanistan. Major political
parties in Karachi are CIA assets – MQM,
ANP.
15. The future threats for Pakistan
2: US and India supporting the unrest
in Baluchistan to create a reason for
intervention and “independence” of
Baluchistan. It has already begun.
3: Global Media and Information war
to prove that Pakistan is an unstable
and failed state and its nuclear weapons
are about to fall into terrorist hands. The
media psy-ops have already begun as
well.
16. The future threats for Pakistan:
4: Direct military attacks and intervention into Pakistan to provoke a
confrontation between Pak army and Afghanistan based NATO forces. This has
also begun. Drones, Salala attack and now threats of attacks in North Waziristan.
5: US wants Pakistan to open war with Afghan Taliban also. Pakistan already
has its hands full in internal insurgencies and hence is resisting the US pressure.
While US is talking peace with Afghan Taliban and their allies, Pakistan is being
forced to wage a war against Haqqani, Hekmatyar and Mullah Umer.
6: Direct attacks on Pakistan army leadership and on all strategic assets to
decapitate Pakistan in a single strike and then launch a massive two prong
invasion under Af-pak and Cold start. The Memo gate scandal in the Supreme
Court is exactly about such a plan and is a case against the Zardari regime for
staging this conspiracy with the CIA against Pak army.
17. 7: US would continue to support the “democracy”
of Zardari to bring about a total and complete
anarchy at the state, governance and economic
levels, pitching the state organs against each
other and directly manipulating politics and media
of the country. Already happening and a total
anarchy exist in Islamabad now.
8: All state organs – Government, parliament,
media, judiciary and political parties have already
been compromised. Only army is still standing,
united but resisting on military axis only not
interfering in political, judicial, economic or social
domains which are already in a state of high
degree of collapse.
18. Options for Pakistan Army now:
1: Army can continue to maintain the present course of not interfering in the
political process and “democracy” and watch the state collapse all around it and
then wait for an invasion from outside and see the state disintegrate.
2: Else, Military will have to intervene decisively to restore the order.
Insurgencies, lawlessness and Corruption are the core crisis at the moment
bringing about the collapse of the state. The democracy has collapsed totally.
Judiciary has not convicted a single terrorist in 12 years!
3: A Patriotic caretaker government. Elections are useless, going to bring in
same lot of decadent compromised political anarchists.
4: Reclaim the country back which is at “Somalia” stage right now moving
towards “Iraq” and then towards “Yugoslavia”.
19. Options for Pakistan Army now:
5: US will have to be forced to leave Afghanistan.
The entire security crisis in Pakistan is due to
presence of foreign forces in Afghanistan. All
insurgencies and rebellions are based in Afghanistan
backed by CIA and Indian RAW.
6: Peace in Afghanistan with a broad based
government to represent all segments of
Afghan society. Taliban are an integral part of
Afghan society and represent 65% Pashtuns of
the country and cannot be eliminated.
20. Message to Turkey from
Pakistan
“It is dangerous to be
enemies of
USA but it is fatal to be
their allies”
