founded on March 11, 2020, which is located on Jl. Mampang Raya No. 56, South
Jakarta.
PT. MULA.JO is collaborating with South Tangerang City Government on creating
the #PAKEJARI campaign with the objectives:
- Make it easier for people to express their aspirations
- Make it easier for the government to reach its people
- Facilitate the Government in classifying regional problems

YOUNGEST OFFICIALLY SECEDE FROM 2008 FROM
TANGERANG DISTRICT, LOCATED IN THE EASTERN PART OF
BANTEN PROVINCE WITH AN AREA OF147.1 9 KILOMETERS
SQUARE (KM²).
EXCECUTIVE SUMARRY
ADMINISTRATIVELY, SOUTH TANGERANG CITY CONSISTS OF 7 SUB-
DISTRICTS AND 54 URBAN VILLAGES. THE TOTAL POPULATION IN
SOUTH TANGERANG CITY IS 1.75 MILLION PEOPLE WITH THE SEX
RATIO WAS 101, WHICH MEANS THAT THERE ARE 101 MALE
POPULATIONS IN EVERY 100 FEMALE POPULATIONS.

#PakeJari: There are quite a lot of problems regarding the condition of the
people of South Tangerang, sometimes the government has access to touch the
entire population of South Tangerang. This condition led to the formation of
an idea to support the government in solving the problem.
#PakeJari offers convenience for the people of South Tangerang in providing
their aspirations to the South Tangerang government and also makes it easier
for the government in terms of archiving.
The goal is to reduce poverty and South Tangerang's economic problems, and
empower the community to have specific data.
The commitment that must be made by the government is to follow up on the
people who give their aspirations.

10. SECONDARY RESEARCH
Based on Republic of Indonesia Law No.32/2004
about Local Governance, Unitary State of
Indonesia is divided into provinces and those
provinces shall be divided into regencies and
municipalities, each of which has a regional
administration.
Local Governance is management of
government affairs by the local government
and parliament according to the principles of
autonomy and duty of assistance to the
principle of autonomy within the system and
the principle of the Unitary of Republic of
Indonesia as stipulated in the Constitution of
the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945.
The local government is the governor,
regent, or mayor, and local devices as
elements of regional governance.

hereinafter referred to Parliament is the
people’s representative institutions as

- Optimize Website
(Adding and improving the website of the South Tangerang City Government, to make it
easier for South Tangerang residents to express their aspirations, and to facilitate the
South Tangerang City Government regarding population.
- #PakeFinger App
An application that can later be used for South Tangerang residents, not only to provide
aspirations, but with this application it can make it easier for all South Tangerang people
to make transactions, receive assistance, open information about South Tangerang and so
on.
- Webinar "Digitalization: Simplify the Lives of Tangsel Residents" The webinar which is
also launching #PakeJari, this webinar will later be interviewed by the governor of
Banten, the mayor of South Tangerang, the Minister of Home Affairs, and influencers. In it
