Students will learn painting techniques and history by exploring subjects like still life, portraits, and landscapes using mediums such as tempera, watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, and oil pastel. The one semester class requires a $10 art supply fee, has no textbook, and needs a C+ or better in Drawing 1 as the prerequisite. It is open to grades 10-12 and taught by Mrs. Lela Pohlmann, the HHS art teacher.
