TEXTBOOK: The Visual Experience

ONE SEMESTER, ½ Fine Art Credit

This is an introductory course designed to foster
understanding and appreciation of art forms
and the impact of art on all aspects of our
environment. To prepare students for further art
study they will study the language of art with
emphasis on the elements of art, principles of
design, art history, art production, and art
criticism. Students will explore various
compositional, drawing, painting, and design
projects.
