dress up. The dress is made up of more
than 100 yards of high quality tulle, silk
flowers and satin ribbon. The dress is a
halter and can be used as a skirt when
your daughter grows out of it. The
center flower is on an alligator clip so she
can wear it in her hair when she is not
wearing her dress. Additional hair
