Raw foods in the diet tend to create hydrogen peroxide when digesting and this hydrogen peroxide
from raw foods helps to purify and add oxygen to the cells of the body and to take away much of the
oxides and what you may term rust.
This Awareness indicates essentially the aging process is a process of rusting. It is oxidizing and entities
who can keep enough fresh oxygen within their system tend to age more slowly and their bodies tend
