2. AGAPE OPEN BAND PERFORMANCE
• What is Agape Open Band Performance (AOBP) ?
• It is a loose association of as many talents as possible, such as:
musicians/singers/accompanists on one hand, and dancers (zumba, yoga, ballet) on
the other hand; video songs and animation will also be featured on screen.
• It is a loose music and dance band which is open to all for membership, permanent
or temporary, as guest or regulars, not necessarily to have a core group, so any
guitarist, violinist, drummer, vocalist, dancers, are on the list and can sing during its
concert but is also free to join other bands; Agape band is so open and free that you
can go in and out, anytime.
• For this flexibility, Agape Open Band has the capacity to organize its own “branches”
to serve a particular place.
• Song is contracted, meaning: chosen and requested by Agape Organizer/ Band
Branch Manager to ensure the highest quality it aims to sustain or reach.
• The talent fee is based on your level of mastery and on a per song or per
performance basis – that is, net fee, because Agape Organizer will answer your travel,
lodging and food expenses. See tariff below.

3. AGAPE OPEN BAND COMPOSITION
• What is Agape Open Band Composition (AOBC) ?
• Agape Open Band is not only in performance or concert, but also into composition,
thus, Agape Open Band Composition (AOBC) , which is open for all lyric writers or
poets, tune composer, as well as video song maker or animator.
• Agape Open Band Composition (AOBC) is open to all lyric and tune creators as well as
video creator or animator. Video creators are those who arrange the song into video
song which set of successive pictures or motion pictures serving as background
perfectly depicts the lyrics of the song. Animators do the same but with added effort:
they draw the pictures.
• Talent Fee for poet-lyricists and tune composers, video creators and animators are in
two occasions: (1) one-time fee of the work; (2) lifetime royalty fee per sale of the
song; the more DVDs, USBs, or downloads, the bigger the % share. Note: lifetime
means as long as our company keeps selling.
• Agape Open Band owns all copyrights of the poem-lyrics, tunes, videos and
animations it has paid for. Anyone who would like to use them for his/her creative
work beneficial to all may not ask for permission;
