Intuitors make leaps of logic that others may
find difficult to follow.
2. FEELERS... Perceptive, responsive to others, facilitative, big
hearted, supportive.
Feelers place great value on the personal
experience and want harmony.
3. THINKERS... Analysers, systematic, objective, logical, step by
step.
Thinkers are detail oriented and value
thoughtful examination.
4. SENSORS... Concrete, pragmatic, outcome oriented, realistic,
quick to act.
Sensors enjoy making things happen and want
concrete and immediate feedback.
PROBLEMS AT WORK...
FEELERS may perceive SENSORS to be
bossy, curt and perhaps even rude.
SENSORS may think that FEELERS waste
time being social rather than meet deadlines.
INTUITORS may find THINKERS to be
boring and narrow-minded.
THINKERS may find INTUITORS to be
dreamers not grounded in reality.
