I’m writing to inform you that Palisades is changing its brand name to Plymouth Rock Assurance.*
Palisades has always been a Plymouth Rock managed company, so making this change allows us to
operate with a common brand.
We will continue to provide the same high level of customer service and personal protection from the
same staff of dedicated service and claims professionals. Other than changing our name, our
products, services and contact information remain the same.
It will take several months to fully transition from the Palisades name and logo to Plymouth Rock.
During this transition you will receive materials displaying one or both of these names.
How does this change affect you?
There are no changes to your coverages.
Your insurance policy and billing plans are unchanged.
Your insurance ID card is still valid.
Your relationship with your agent is unchanged.
You will continue to receive the same great Claims Service and Customer Care.
Online account management continues through Manage My Policy.
