1. Ingredients
For 6 persons
* 150 grams of rice
* 100 grams of butter
* 150 grams of sugar
* 2 liters of milk
* Half lemon peel
* 1 branch stick vanilla
Method
1. Put the rice in a wide flat
casserole with almost twice as
much water.
2. Boil to fire slow.
3. When it is almost dry, add the
milk.
4. Put the milk to boil with: sugar,
cinnamon and lemon peel.
5. After one hour, add the butter
while stirring.
6. Give another houron low hwat to

7. Remove the lemon rind and

2. How to make CATALAN CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 liter of milk
2. 6 egg yolks
3. 100 g of sugar
4. A little sugar to
quench
5. 40 grams of
cornstarch.

8. Twig of cinnamon
the size of a finger.
1-Put the milk, orange and lemon and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Split the vanilla pod lengthways and add this too, then gently
bring to the bol
2-Remove from the heat and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.
3- Mix the eggs yolks with the sugar and cornstarch until pale and
creamy
4-Pass the milk drain, then return the milk to the pan and place
over a medium heat.
5-Just before it reaches boiling point, slowly add the egg mixture,
whisking continuously for about 7 minutes, or until it begins to
thicken and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
6-Remove it from the heat and pour into individual dishes.
7-Cover each serving with a disc of greaseproof paper to prevent
a skin from forming, and let it cool before placing in the fridge.
8-To serve, remove the greaseproof paper, sprinkle 1 tablespoon
of sugar on top of each cream and caramelize using a blowtorch.
Alternatively, place the sugared cream on a tray under a
preheated gas grill for a few minutes, until the sugar turns dark
brown. Allow the sugar to harden, then serve immediately.

3. The squid sandwiches are one of the
most characteristic dishes of Madrid,
the capital of Spain. It is taken as a
tapa or entree in the bars of the
Plaza Mayor, in Madrid, Spain, and is
very popular with visitors.
The preparation of this sandwich is
very simple, the recipe can be
prepared quickly and surely that will
be a good proposal for lunch or
dinner, it is also a way for children to
take fish, as they have a smooth
taste and crisp texture.
Squid Sandwich (bocadillo de
calamares)
-Squid rings
-2 eggs
-1 lemon
-100 ml. milk

4. Ingredients
 20 sheets of cannelloni
pasta
 500 grams of minced
meat
 350 grams of fried
tomato
 An onion
 2 Cloves garlic
 Grated cheese to melt
 Ground pepper

Preparation
1. Mince meat.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. For a few minutes heat the canned pasta in warm
water.
4. Drain and let them stand.
5. In a frying pan, add oil, onion, garlic, beef and
tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
7. With a spoon stuffed the cannelloni and add them
in the tray.
8. Add the béchamel and the grated cheese on top.
9. Heat for 20-25 minutes.
10.Serve them and enjoy your meat Cannelloni.

5. Method:
1. Cut the onion and de red pepper into small
pieces.
2. Wash the potatoes and cut it in to pieces.
3. Put oil in a saucepan.
4. Put the small pieces of red pepper, onion and
potatoes in the saucepan, for 25-30 minutes.
5. Then remove the pieces of red pepper, onion
and potatoes then wait until the saucepan is
cold.
6. Then clean the saucepan with a tissue.
7. Shell the eggs and put all of it in a bowl.
8. Mix the eggs and then put the pieces of red
pepper, onion and potatoes and mix.
9. Put another time the saucepan in the fire with a
little bit of oil.
10. Then put the mix into the saucepan and wait
until it's done.
11. After a while turn it around.
12. You’ll finished.

 3 potatoes (600gr).
 1 onion.
 1 red pepper.
 2 cup of oil.
 Salt.

omelet for 4 people.

6. Ingredients:
 6 eggs
 3 potatoes
 1 little onion
 Oil
 Salt
Elaboration:
Cut the little onion. Peel the 3 potatoes and
cut in littles squares.
Pour everything in the skillet and fry
everything slowly fire for 30 minutes.
Remove everything is on the skillet and drain
the oil.
Pour the 6 eggs in a big bowl and whisk. Then
add the little onion and the potatoes to the
eggs and mix. Put oil on the skillet and pour
the mix. Let cook 20 seconds and turn around.
This potato omelet is for 4 people.
POTATO OMELET

7. PREPARATION:
In a saucepan, bring the milk, the cinnamon stick,
lemon rind, and vanilla extract to a boil. Simmer for
several minutes the discard the cinnamon stick and
lemon rind. Set the flavored milk aside.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks together with the
cornstarch and 3/4 cup of the sugar until the mixture is
creamy. Gradually pour this mixture into the saucepan
with the milk, mixing continuously.
Slowly heat the mixture until it begins to thicken, taking
care that the mixture does not boil. Pour into four
shallow heatproof serving dishes, allow to cool, and
refrigerate for several hours.
Immediately before serving, preheat the broiler and
scatter the remaining sugar evenly over each serving.
Place the dishes under the broiler until the sugar
topping begins to caramelize. Remove from the broiler
and serve.

STEPS TO DO IT
1-First peel some potatoes and onions, cut them.
2-Second put them to fry.
3-Third open two eggs in a bowl and mix.
4-When it has been fried mix it with the eggs.
5-Finally put everything in the pan and when you see it, get it out.
POTATO OMELETTE

9. PROCESS
In order to have more tender squids:
Place the milk in a bowl, add the squid
rings and let them rest for at least 30
minutes. You can also do the day before,
but always store in the refrigerator.
Drain well.
Pour them into flour and then beaten
egg. Fry them in a frying pan with hot
oil, drain them on a plate covered with
kitchen paper and discard them hot.
Open the bread, place the squid on top
and add the mayonnaise sauce, filling
well the holes left by the squid.

10 squid rings.
1/2 cup of milk.
1-2 tablespoons of
