 Lead and manage Customer Care Applications team (Analysis,
Development & Integration and System Architect) to work in synergy
with effective communications & full corporations to ensure effective &
reliable business processes enablement.
 Respond to commercial team’s requests,new products,services &
tariffs modifications.
 Manage work load distribution & leave management to ensure smooth
& on-going operations that meet the required deadlines.
