RESPONSIBILITIES
· Issue work permits on a daily basis to the contractors.
· Ensure contractors are filling out safety forms prior to work commencing.
· Ensure contractors and their workers are following all respective safety policies and wearing all their PPE.
· Inspect daily work, ensuring a high standard of quality workmanship.
· Inspect work that it meets all CEC and Client Spec’s as required.
· Sign and code daily work tickets.
· Sign and code material tickets. Check tickets against back up supplied by contractor if required.
· Enter and keep cost tracker up to date.
· Work closely with the contractor and engineering firm to determine cost saving methods of installations.
· Work closely with Mechanical team to avoid rework if at all possible.
· Witness QAQC and Pre-Commissioning of systems.
· Sign off on QAQC and Pre-commissioning documentation, ensuring Red lines and ITP requirements have been met.
· Sending in Daily / Weekly reports as required.Being part of team meetings and conference calls as required.

PREVIOUS
· I worked as an Owner/ Field supervisor for Delta Electric and Elite Controls. Elite Controls was based out of Fort
McMurray and Delta Electric was based in Lacombe. Both companies were involved in the oil/ Gas industry along with
commercial/residential in both areas. The work involved the co-ordination of manpower and materials on site,
estimating projects and supervising the installations.
· I also worked as a sub-contractor with a tooled truck from 2003 until2008.The companies I worked for were
· Pronghorn Controls in Fort McMurray at the Deer Creek SAGD plant for Total as the Site Superintendent and as the
project superintendent on the Fort Hills Pilot Project.
· Spider Electric located in Medicine Hat Ab. I ran small to medium size projects in Southern Alberta and
Saskatchewan which included SCADA upgrades for Anadarko, well sites on the Suffield Block for Encana and a major
upgrade for Husky’s Bow Island Plant south of Medicine Hat.
· GrizzlyElectric in Wabasca,Ab. Working on wellhead pump installations, upgrades towell pad sites.
