apps for the medical tourism industry and the fact
that the app connectivity to the Dining , Pharmacy,
Video Conference Call with the doctors, Medicine
Schedule Reminder, Shopping and the tourism is
attractive.

Dr Sunil Lulla : The fact that TechNinja
OrthoCardio.com services are only in accredited
hospitals and with Certified Doctors and
minimum prices is the key feature. Since being a
customer I am only looking for Service, Quality
and Price. Also the cost of Cardio and Ortho is
very high in USA.

Dr Sunil Lulla : Definitely yes. And the growth
rate for medical tourism seems promising.

Dr Sunil Lulla : Making the apps and the services
more user friendly is the key.
Also I see you are concentrating on Ortho Cardio, I
would like to suggest other areas too like Plastic
Surgery and IVF all over the world and not
restricting it to only India or USA.

Dr Sunil Lulla : The challenges are the post
treatment service and to make sure follow ups are
properly coordinated. Also the back up plan incase
the scheduled doctor cancels the appointments for
whatsoever reasons.

Dr Deepak Mendiratta : I think there might be a
demand for people who are non-insured in the US
and also for dental/plastic surgeries which are
generally not covered in standard insurance
policies

Dr Deepak Mendiratta : I like that they deal only
with accredited hospitals and also provide a easy
app interface. Also they provide good information
about the risk/pitfalls.

mobile app compare in the market?
Dr Deepak Mendiratta : I don’t see any fully
functional mobile apps available right now. Also
the integration with customer reviews which
OrthoCardio.com proposes should give them an
edge over other potential apps.

give OrthoCardio.com?
Dr Deepak Mendiratta : They might want to look
at catering to other surgeries to get a bigger slice in
the market. Also they should provide excellent
customer support if they want to prosper.

your treatment or if it was too costly, would
you consider going to another country at a
lesser cost?
Srinath : Yes, I would consider going to another
country for medical stuff at the right cost.

for in a medical tourism app?
Srinath : I would look for reviews for hospitals,
doctors .
 TechNinja : Do you think testimonials and
reviews are important while considering
medical tourism?
Srinath : Yes, I think that would be very important
and would influence my decision.
 TechNinja : Do you think you need something
more than a medical package ? Would you
ever consider using a medical package which
combines some tourism aspect with the
medical site ?
Srinath : No, I am not sure . Since I am going there
for a reason, I might not have the energy or
inclination to do the tourism aspect.

I do feel that the highend TechNinja – OrthoCardio.com mobile apps are a great add on.

Dr Sunil Lulla : I really don’t see many mobile apps for the medical tourism industry and the fact that the app connectivity to the Dining , Pharmacy, Video Conference Call with the doctors, Medicine Schedule Reminder, Shopping and the tourism is attractive.

Dr Sunil Lulla : The fact that TechNinja OrthoCardio.com services are only in accredited hospitals and with Certified Doctors and minimum prices is the key feature. Since being a customer I am only looking for Service, Quality and Price. Also the cost of Cardio and Ortho is very high in USA.

Also I see you are concentrating on Ortho Cardio, I would like to suggest other areas too like Plastic Surgery and IVF all over the world and not restricting it to only India or USA.

Dr Sunil Lulla : The challenges are the post treatment service and to make sure follow ups are properly coordinated. Also the back up plan incase the scheduled doctor cancels the appointments for whatsoever reasons.

Srinath : No, I am not sure . Since I am going there for a reason, I might not have the energy or inclination to do the tourism aspect.
