To have EndNote Desktop installed on work computers: for Army, call 1-800-600-9332 (DHA Global Service Center Help Desk); for Navy, call
301-319-7373 (local Navy IT).
In-depth training for EndNote and EndNote Web will be conducted periodically in the library on a separate basis by a trainer from Thomson
Reuters, the publisher of EndNote. Notification for training will be sent via mass email.
The Reference & Instruction Services Librarian can conduct brief instruction on EndNote on a one-to-one basis. Instructional materials can be
sent via email.
