Organizational Effectiveness Every company has a set of goals designed to lead the organization in a specific direction. To achieve these goals,
managers should train employees to follow a specific path or set of rules that will lead to organizational effectiveness. The measurement of
effectiveness is achieved through completion of the organization's goals. To understand organizational effectiveness in any setting, one must define it

Effective Peer Feedback
The progress I have made in my ability to provide effective peer feedback is that I try as hard as possible to correctly see all the errors on the essay
and make sure that the author knows about it and fix it for their original essay. This method really help out the author so that they know what they need
to work on and to fix in their essay before they turn it in to the professor. I assist my fellow peers by improving their essay and therefore, it will make
their essay stronger and better. The type of support I provide for my fellow peers are that I try to support them with good grammar mistakes and how

I know that for personal essay, it is more of a relax essay and quite fun to write. However, research papers are quite hard to write as you have to
incorporate quotes and support your claim with articles relating to the prompt. In this writing class, we had four assignment in which three of them was
an essay. The last assignment could be an essay, but my professor wanted us to answer the prompt in a creative way such as drawing, doing a
brochure, take pictures, etc. I experienced four types of writing forms in this class and I hope later throughout my college years, I can experience more
types of essay that can help me become a better and stronger
