Upon successful selection of the candidate recommended by the Optima Team, the Employer will pay Optima
Placement for the services rendered along terms as follows:
• 7.5% for Junior Level.
• 7.5% for Middle Level.
• 10.5% for Senior level.

Within 15 days from the date of
