This is a generic approach to tackle "what message to deliver to whom on which channel" problem by detail content preparation and strategy. In addition to just the content performance evaluation based on on-media KPI (e.g. Likes or Comments), the speech includes some basic tactics in bridging platform to conversion checkpoints along with a simplified version of multichannel analysis (You may find more details for an advanced approach on this on my blog idea-stack.blogspot.com).

4. Ennen oppitunnin videointia
• Esittele harjoittelijalle ohjaustapa
• Selvitä videointilupa-asiat kotien suuntaan
• Sovi videoitava oppitunti
• Kun käytät kannettavan tietokoneen
webbikameraa, katso missä luokan perällä
kannettava voisi olla auki nauhoittamassa.
6. Oppitunnin videoinnin aikana
• Laita videoeditointiohjelma kaappaamaan
(capture) webbikameran kuvaa ja pienennä
kyseisen ohjelman ikkuna, jotta oppilaat eivät jää
ihmettelemään
• Merkitse ylös kellonaika kun videointi alkaa
• Merkitse myös kellonajat, jolloin opetus aina
etenee oppitunnin seuraavaan vaiheeseen tai
tunnilla tapahtuu jotain muuta, johon haluat
harjoittelijan kanssa palata
• Muuta nämä kellonajat minuuteiksi ja sekunneiksi
videon aloitusajankohdasta
9. Ohjaustuokion aluksi
• Selvennä harjoittelijalle, että videota
katsottaessa tulet kysymään, mitä ajatuksia
harjoittelijalla oli tietyissä oppitunnin
tapahtumissa
• Pyydä myös
harjoittelijaa itse
tarttumaan oppitunnin
kohtiin, joista haluaa
kertoa
10. Ohjaustuokiossa (kestää n. 45 min)
• Katsotaan videota
• Pyydetään harjoittelijaa kertomaan mitä ajatuksia
herää
• Pysäytetään video erityisesti selkeämpien
episodien katselun jälkeen ja pyydetään
harjoittelijaa kertomaan vapaasti mitä ajatuksia
oli mielessä juuri tuolloin
• Analysoidaan harjoittelijan reflektoinnista
toiminnan perustelujen premissejä (empiiristä,
tilannekohtaista, merkityksenantoa vai arvoihin
nojaavaa) ja kerrotaan analyysi välittömästi
11. Huomioita
• Harjoittelijat tottuvat nopeasti näkemään ja
kuulemaan itsensä videolla
• Videon katsomisessa harjoittelija saa suoraan
palautetta äänenkäytöstään ja ylipäätään
omasta olemuksestaan luokassa
• Harjoittelija oivaltaa, että päätöksiä (tietoisia
ja tiedostamattomia) tehdään jatkuvasti ja
niiden perustelut voivat olla moninaiset
