eLearning professional with background in development, design, research and teaching. I combine the idealistic, enthusiastic, critical and practical perspectives to create products, methods and pedagogies that best serve learners and teachers. My interests are in the changing practices of (language) teaching and learning, empowering and engaging learners in the context of higher education, future learning environments and educational technology. I also continue my neverending PhD research on personal learning environments, participatory culture and digital literacies for learning. My heart is that of a linguist, and my secret love is critical discourse analysis.
