How Islam view Operation Management in term of Quality Management and Supply Chain Management. The points are supported by a Quranic verse.

2. “Thou seest the mountains and thinkest them firmly fixed: but they shall pass
away as the clouds pass away: (such is) the artistry of Allah, Who disposes of all
things in perfect order: for He is well-acquainted with all that ye do.”
(Quran, An-Naml, 27: 88)
a) That is, “From such God you should not expect that after giving you the
powers of intellect and discrimination and control over things, He will remain
unaware of your deeds and actions and will not see how you have been using
the delegated authority in the earth.”
b) Allah notices everything we do, including the way we manage our
resources or services. Therefore, Manishenna have to maintain good raw
material quality and to not discriminate customers with bad services.

3. “He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that
which has been dedicated to other than Allah . But whoever is forced [by
necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon
him. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
(Quran, Al-Baqarah, 2:173)
a) In this verse, ALLAH has stated four things, which are prohibited for human beings which are
dead meat, blood ingestion, flesh of swine and those animal over which any other name than
that of Allah has been invoked. In other words, any raw materials which consists of these
prohibited things are haram and should not be used in the production of the products.
b) Therefore, Manishenna must make sure that the products and raw materials are coming from
a halal supply chain management which are free from the prohibited ingredients as
mentioned in the above verse.
