We are a small group of entrepreneurs who dream big and intend to change the way
that administrative software is sold and implemented in schools and districts today.
For years we have watched large commercial education software companies continue
to provide poor software that is proprietary and horribly expensive to a market that
has little budget and few choices. We have been witness to botched and failed
implementations that waste precious education budget dollars that should be going

We take the community edition and thoroughly test it. Then we add several extra features that are useful for a
school. Some of the extra features are:
Billing Module
Billing module is designed for simple financial accounting for private and public schools. It’s ideal for tracking lunch
money, library fees, yearbook fees, laboratory fees etc. When a student has an outstanding balance, parents get
notification in parent portal.
The module can be integrated with Paypal, Authorize.net or similar credit card processing networks for credit card
acceptance.

4. Discipline Module
Discipline module lets educators document and track disciplinary incidents, maintain related records, notify parents of
infractions, and produce reports and referral forms. It comes with default fields and values that can be customized for
each school. Custom fields can be added without a single line of coding.
This module comes with impressive charts and graphs that help school administration in decision making. Ideal for
schools of all sizes and grade levels, the module is packed with features that help you efficiently handle discipline-related
tasks.
Library Module
Library module has been built from ground up and is part of openSIS Pro. It is not a third party software that was
integrated. Therefore, it provides greater performance and uniform user experience. It supports Acquisition,
Cataloging and Circulation. It can be used to track books, CD/DVD/Software and equipments. Students, teachers and
staff can reserve books and equipments online and pick them up in person. Bar code support is available. There are
several useful reports that would help the school administration with purchase decisions.
EasyCom Communication Module
School closing? Weather alert? Important announcements? Crisis situation? Quickly and easily notify teachers,
staff, parents and even students using our EasyCom module. Send email messages to all subscribers, single users, a
specific school, parents and custom groups easily from our intuitive interface.
Parents can subscribe to variety of automated email notifications like tardy notification, grade release notification,
disciplinary action against child etc. Parents can choose to monitor student grades and if grades fall below a
certain percentage, the system can email them with automated notification.
This edition is offered as a hosted application. This relieves you of the hassles of upgrades and maintenance and
system availability etc, etc. We take care care of all these. You just need an internet connection.
