Mark, a night watchman, is monitoring CCTV feeds from his office late at night. He sees a shape move briefly on one of the feeds, catching his attention. Hearing a noise, he grabs a flashlight and investigates down the office corridors. The shots alternate between high angles, tracking shots, and CCTV footage of Mark. He opens a door to a server room and spots a USB drive with Russian writing downloading information from a server, looking shocked.

1. Opening Sequence Synopsis-Liam
Our opening sequence begins with titles i.e. studio names and credits, before cutting to a
still showing the time and date ‘Sunday 9th December’. An establishing shot follows this, an
exterior view of an inner city office building, late at night. After this, a night watchman is
shown, sat at his desk observing multiple CCTV feeds. The desk he is sat at contains family
photos, files reading ‘classified’ and numerous other objects and folders that create
verisimilitude but also signify that he is guarding high value information-despite his, he
seemed quite relaxed and uninvolved. A few POV shots of CCTV cameras are shown, looking
at empty and lifeless office locations before an interior view shows a shape moving at the
edge of the frame for a brief second. It seems to catch the guard’s attention, and he looks
closer at the feed but sees nothing. He leans back but seems visibly more alert. The score
heightens slightly, and a faint noise is heard from within the office, like a chair falling over.
Mark, the watchman, jumps and is now looking with some fear at the door to the office. He
freezes before grabbing a torch and going to investigate. The CCTV shows him leave the
office and begin to walk down an office corridor to the potential source of the noise. The
shots switch from high angles, tracking shots and CCTV footage of Mark. Eventually he gets
to a door as the door nears a crescendo-he opens it and enters a server room. He spots a
conspicuous USB with Russian handwriting protruding form a server. It seems to be
downloading from the server-Mark looks with shock as the scene cuts to black revealing the
title.
