7. A unique system for a unitary programming of 2007-2013 cohesion policy and a unique data exchange protocol (finalised after confrontation with local administrations), which identifies data formats and meaning and regulates the dispatch of data to the National Monitoring System in order to standardise data structure, rules, procedures and methods.

9. TECHNICAL INTERINSTITUTIONAL WORKING GROUPS
•Composed by Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning (CIPE), National Watchdog on public contracts (AVCP), Dept. for development and economic cohesion (DPS), State general Accounting Dept. (IGRUE+IGAE), Ministry of Infrastructures, Regional Association for Transparency in Procurements (ITACA)
-Beyond NSRF: Working group for the rationalization of monitoring systems (established by CIPE in October 2012)
-Technical group on NSRF data quality (established by DPS-IGRUE accompaning launch of OpenCoesione in July 2012)
•Within the Administrations committee of the 2007-2013 NSRF in order to improve, disseminate and reuse data and information on implemented projects
•Composed by delegates of all Managing Authorities of EU and national funds directly involved on monitoring + communication officers of OPs
•Plenary and bilateral meetings to deal with general and specific issues on data quality based on detailed analyses
